Interior designers, renovation contractors, home owners and property agents use these images for portfolios, listings, and social media.

This is the flow for a 5-room BTO, or a 4-bedroom apartment or condominium under 1,600 sq ft.

If the unit is tidy and not much needs to be moved, the shoot takes 30 to 45 minutes.
A fully renovated unit under 1,600 sq ft usually ends with about 30 to 50 images captured.
The next day, a contact sheet goes out: a PDF of all the thumbnails.
You select a minimum of 10 images. The invoice is based on the number of images selected.
Editing the selected images takes 3 working days.
Once payment is received, a Google Drive link is sent for download.
The link stays available for 3 months.

Larger units are quoted from the landed and commercial rate.
